Meditation & Breathwork
-
Meditation has been around for thousands of years. In the west, however, it only increased in popularity over the last decade, but it’s no wonder why.
With more research, studies continue to show the profound effect meditating has on our overall well-being.
Meditation is the process of freeing yourself from the constraints of the physical body and mind. Through meditation, we expand our awareness, direct our focus, cultivate peace and gain deeper access to the activation of the potential within our lives.

Prana or breath is our life force energy. Through conscious breath we gain access to our nervous system, the base line of information stored in the body.
Through different breathing techniques we can stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to bring ourselves into a state of calm and ease. We also have the ability to stimulate our sympathetic nervous system, waking up dormant aspects of our being.
Both bring deep healing and conscious expansion.
